These conditions shall apply to and be incorporated into every agreement
between printjobsearch and the customer and are deemed to have been
accepted by the customer upon receipt by printjobsearch of a completed
order/registration form in whatever format (Email, fax or post)

Definitions of Terms
1.1
"Printjobsearch" means printjobsearch.com limited the company registered
in England number 3944858
1.2 "Website" means the location on the internet where
printjobsearch may be found - www.printjobsearch.co.uk or www.printjobsearch.com.
1.3 "Customer" is deemed to be any cadidate or company
who enters into an agreement with printjobsearch whereby printjobsearch
supplies services to that party.
1.4 "Advertisement" means any information supplied by
a customer, that may have been used by printjobsearch for inclusion
on the website.
1.5 "Candidate" means the person who submitted their
Curriculum Vitae (CV) to printjobsearch and whose details are set
out within that CV.
1.6 "Curriculum Vitae (CV's)" are brief details relating
to the experience, location and requirements of a candidate for
inclusion on the website with the purpose of gaining employment.
1.7 "Order/registration form" is the form supplied by
printjobsearch in electronic or paper format, that enables the customer
to confirm by Email, fax or post, the details they require to be
included.
1.8 "Services" means the various packages that printjobsearch
can offer its customers.
1.8.a Company Advertising
i. Level 1 - monthly/annual vacancy adverts
placed by the customer and including the customer's corporate logo
and website address.
ii. Level 2 - monthly/annual vacancy adverts
placed by the customer, which contain text only and include customer's
name, address and detailed job specification.
iii. Level 3 - monthly/annual vacancy adverts
placed by the customer which contain text only and include limited
job description and contact details.
iv. Corporate - monthly/annual vacancy adverts
placed by the customer which contain details as in level 1, but
may include more than one vacancy. 1.8.b Candidate Searching
The facility to search online for potential candidates, where printjobsearch
will forward details of interested companies to candidates, only
of those companies who are currently advertising. Forwarding of
candidate details and full CV's to the interested parties, remains
the sole responsibility of the candidates.
1.8.c Banner Advertising An electronic advertisement
which appears on the printjobsearch website and whose dimensions
and delivery format are agreed with printjobsearch and which may
contain pictures, logos and text.
1.8.d Candidate CV's Available free to candidates to
give a brief summary of their skills and experience

Customer Obligations
2.1 The customer enters into any agreement as a principal,
even though it may be acting directly or indirectly for a third
party and it warrants that it is authorised by its client to place
the advertisement.
2.2 The publication of any advertisement by printjobsearch
as originally submitted or as amended by the customer, will not
breach any contract or violate any copyright, trade mark or any
other proprietary right.
2.3 Any information supplied by the customer is legal,
accurate, complete and honest.

Candidate Obligations
3.1 Any information supplied by the candidate must be
their own personal details and must be legal, accurate and honest.
3.2 When informed by printjobsearch, of interested parties
in their CV's, the candidate should respond promptly to those companies.
If the candidate wishes to decline sending their details, they should
inform printjobsearch immediately.

Services
4.1 Printjobsearch reserves the right, without notification,
to make changes to the services offered, at anytime.
4.2 Advertisements submitted on a monthly basis will
remain live on the site for one month only, after which time they
will be automatically deleted unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 It is printjobsearch's aim that advertisements which
are submitted by Email and are paid for by credit card, will be
live within 24 hours of receipt if they have been received during
normal office hours.
4.4 Level 2 and 3 advertisements may not contain references
to the customer's website.
4.5 Advertisements may only contain details of a single
vacancy unless a corporate advertisement has been negotiated.
4.6 The availability, position and size of banner advertisements
is entirely at the discretion of printjobsearch.
4.7 Any advertisement placed on the website may be cancelled
and removed by the customer, but is done so with the understanding
of the normal cancellation clause (7.1)
4.8 Printjobsearch accepts no responsibility for the
suitability of the applicants who reply to advertisements.

Liability
5.1 Printjobsearch accepts no liability for any mistakes
or errors whatsoever that arise during the course of publication
of any advertisement or CV. Customers should check all details before
submission for inclusion on the website.
5.2 Printjobsearch accepts no liability for claims arising
out of the use or misuse of information once submitted to printjobsearch.
5.3 Printjobsearch will not be liable for any loss of
copy, artwork, or other materials, which the customer supplies to
it.
5.4 It is for the customer to satisfy themselves as
to the suitability and reliability of all candidates whose CV's
are included on the website and to take up any references provided
by the candidate. It is also for the candidate to satisfy themselves
of the particulars of any position advertised. Printjobsearch will
accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from negligence,
dishonesty, misconduct or lack of skill from either candidate or
company.
5.5 Customers should accept that on submission of advertisements
or CV's, printjobsearch cannot be held responsible for other persons,
agents or companies using this information for their own purposes.

Payment
6.1 For all advertising, payment will be in advance
of publication with no exceptions. Acknowledgement of receipt of
payment will be sent by Email, fax or post
6.2 All sums due are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT),
for which the customer will be additionally liable.
7
Cancellations
7.1 Advertisements can be withdrawn at any time during
the agreement period, at the customers discretion, but cancellations
at any time prior to the end of the agreement will not be eligible
for refund.
7.2 Printjobsearch reserves the right to withdraw the
advertisement in the event that it considers the information being
displayed breaches any applicable laws or the rights of any third
party.
7.3 From time to time, printjobsearch will follow up
requests for candidate details. If the candidate has not sent details
to companies in response to these requests or has not informed printjobsearch
as in clause 3.2, printjobsearch reserves the right to withdraw
those candidate details from the website.
7.4 If printjobsearch declines to accept the advertisement
or terminates an agreement for whatever reason, it will inform the
customer by Email, fax or post.
7.5 Changes in contact details for all customers should
be forwarded to printjobsearch immediately.
8
General
8.1 Printjobsearch may, at its discretion and without
notice, report any improper or illegal use of the data or information
contained on its website including CV's of candidates and any advertisements
that printjobsearch publishes.
9
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and the customer
irrevocably agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
